Moved to MN (Minneapolis/StPaul area) one year later working as a Chemist, thought I'd stay a couple of years and move on. That was 1977, it's now 2002. Got an MBA from Univ of Minnesota, went to work in computers, then marketing, then publishing, now back in computers, with job layoffs in between. Never married. Adopted a 13 yr old girl in 2000. Catching up on traveling the world since I never crossed over an Ohio border until I was 19 or 20. I officiate volleyball around the country for colleges, high schools and other VB organizations since about 1982. Most of my family is still somewhere in Ohio(4 brothers, 1 sister and both parents). I was only in for 14 months, due to the place giving me headaches, I mean that literally.
I'll be celebrating my 23rd anniversary with my husband Roger, this coming December. I have a 20 year old son named Christopher.
Together for the past 16 years we have had our own family business. Jackson & Son Lawn Service ( formerly Jackson's Lawn Service). We work in Mansfield and the surrounding areas with the business. I mainly do the office work now, but I used to work right along them doing the yards.
I do hope to see everyone at our 30th. Its been a long time since I seen many of you, so it will be good to catch up.
I feel the same way alot of us do....I don't care for the
NEW Colors that MSH changed to......doesn't seem like the same school that we went to. Got married, was hired by City of Mansfield (a cop, who woulda thunk it)got divorced (lost more hair). Either I am stupid, am a poor judge of women, or was going to keep at it until I got it right. Got married (got it right this time) and have been for seventeen years. Wife Cindi is also a cop. We have a blended family of six (two girls and four boys)with the baby having graduated this June. We also have six grandkids (are we that old?). For the first time in recent memory we are childless with the youngest having left for the Navy 2 weeks after graduation. See everyone at the reunion. It's bad enough that I'm a stay at home wife but, I have to admit that the 6 grandkids make up for it ! That's what I said. SIX! Do alot of gardening and I perform frequently in community theatre productions in Galion and elsewhere. 35 shows under my belt and I'm not finished yet. Being almost 50 doesn't mean that you are dead. Just slower! Name: Jacalyn Fisher Diezman Bio: I left mansfield in 1972 and went to Kent State. I met and married a local man and am still in the area. We have been married 27 years. I have a Bs in nursing and a masters in anesthesia and am currently working as a nurse anesthetist. We have two daughters. The oldest is a KSU graduate and is also a nurse and the youngest is a Chemistry major at OU. Looking forward to the class reunion and seeing some old friends. Name: Penny (Coon) Eisenberger Bio: I live in Colorado with my second husband of four years. I've lived here since 1987. I'm a County Building Inspector, something I never pictured myself doing. Luckily I live in a small mountain community, I fight bumpy dirt roads and weather instead of red lights and traffic. My husband (Joe) is from Connecticut and is a carpenter. I have two sons, Jason (29) and Roger (26), both are married and live in Mansfield. Jason has five children and Roger had his first this past March. Taught high school 2 years in Columbus (Chem), 1 year in Butte, MT (Spanish/French - no kidding), 5 years in Colstrip (all kinds of science), 8 years in Billings (science, math, Spanish). Since 1/99 have been at Montana State U teaching math. Finishing MS this summer in Math Ed maybe start a doctorate program this fall or grow up and get a job and stay put for a while.
